Worship Evaluation

In the past Christians asked each other, “How did you do in worship?” In the present, Christians ask themselves, “How did worship affect me?”

To help you ask the right questions about worship, use this Personal Worship Evaluation Form:

Rank “1” as low and “5” as high. Imagine this is God speaking to you:

____ You prepared yourself for worship long before you arrived at church.

____ You arrived on time for your appointment with me.

____ You expressed your adoration of me with enthusiastic singing.

____ You confessed your sin to me with complete honesty.

____ You gave joyfully and sacrificially to the work of advancing my kingdom.

____ You heard the announcements as invitations for your growth and my service.

____ You humbled yourself in reverence at the reading of my Word.

____ You recognized the Word that I prepared for you in today’s sermon.

____ You gave thanks for the ways you saw me at work during the past week.

____ You shared your needs in faith that I hear and can handle them.

____ You opened your heart to my closing benediction.
